Oh gosh, where do I even start with these two? Beth + Simon are quite literally two of the loveliest humans on the planet. Beth is pure sunshine in human form, and that joy radiated through every single part of their day.
Victoria threw EVERYTHING at us - rain, sunshine, gale-force winds and one of the coldest weekends in 50 years. Thanks, Vicco! But Beth could not have cared less. She was so beautifully carefree that somehow the wild weather just became part of the magic.
Set amongst the rolling countryside at Barunah Estate, their reception unfolded inside the old wool shed with the most soul-warming Italian feast vibes. Candles flickering, mismatched vases, quirky colourful florals by CL Flowers and long tables filled with their favourite humans - it felt like one big, glorious late-night dinner party.
And THE CAKE. Handmade by Beth’s mum and her friend, it was perfectly imperfect and filled with so much love. My heart!
There was something incredibly special about being back in my home state, surrounded by these dazzling Melbourne humans, listening to stories about Beth + Simon and watching everyone absolutely adore them.
A little wild, wonderfully warm and bursting at the seams with love.
